Because not all content design projects are game changing.


Details matter too.

I was asked to add a field for co-branded cards, for example Visa and Cartes Bancaires, in our checkout.

Easy, right?

But what about validation and error messages?

Upon investigation, I found out that no helper text or validation messages were being displayed.


We simply left the checkout CTA inactive if something was wrong with a field 😱

This prevented us from helping customers gracefully solve problems in the flow

New logic: keep the CTA active

If a customer clicks, we now have supportive messaging
